Continuous Ink Supply System CISS Refill Kit Compatible for HP OfficeJet 7720 7740 8210 8710 8720 8740 Printer

Description:

This compatible continuous ink supply system (CISS) turns the HP OfficeJet 7720, 7740, 8210, 8710, 8720 and 8740 families into low cost-per-page workhorses. The four refillable tanks feed the cartridges through a sealed tube set, so the print head stays charged between jobs and air ingress is minimised. Auto-reset chips keep ink level reporting alive after each refill, and the tube routing is pre-bent for a straight drop into the cartridge bay without pinching.

Product Parameters:

Key Features:

• Cuts cost per page by up to 80% versus disposable cartridges on high volume office printing
• Auto-reset chip avoids ink level lockout after each refill
• Bubble-free sealed tube design keeps the print head charged and reduces nozzle clogging
• Pre-bent tube routing and labelled tank caps make installation a 15 minute job
• Tanks are translucent with min/max marks so refill timing is visible at a glance
• Compatible dye and pigment ink options available for different paper types

Compatibility Note:

This listing is for a compatible new replacement part, not an OEM genuine part. The OEM numbers are referenced only for cross-reference and fitment purposes. Please confirm your machine model against the "For Use In" field before ordering, and feel free to send us a photo of the old part for verification.

Packing and Shipping:

Each unit is packed in an anti-static bag with shock-proof foam, then in an export-grade corrugated carton. Neutral packing is standard; branded packing is available on request. Stock items ship within 3-7 working days, bulk production within 15-25 days.

Installation Notes:

Install on a level surface with the tanks set at the same height as the printer. Prime the tubes with the supplied syringe until ink reaches the cartridge inlet, then run one cleaning cycle. Keep the air vents on the tank caps open during printing and closed for transport. Never let the tanks run dry, as this pulls air into the print head.

FAQ:

Q1: Is this an OEM genuine part or a compatible replacement?

This item is a brand-new compatible replacement part, produced to match the OEM part number and fitment listed above. It is not manufactured by the original equipment brand. We label every carton clearly so your service team always knows whether stock is genuine or compatible.

Q2: How is batch quality controlled?

Every production batch goes through dimensional inspection against the OEM sample, material hardness checking, on-machine print testing (optical density, background, color registration) and a 72-hour high-temperature and high-humidity stability test before packing.

Q3: What are your shipping options?

Express door-to-door (DHL / FedEx / UPS / TNT) for small parcels, air cargo for shipments above 45 kg and sea cargo for large or non-urgent orders. We quote ex-works; duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Q4: Do you support OEM branding and mixed orders?

Yes. Custom labels, branded color boxes and tailored carton printing are available from 100 units per SKU. Mixed container loads across our catalog are welcome.

Q5: What is the warranty policy?

12 months from shipment date. Any item failing under normal use is replaced free of charge, or credited against your next order, after our engineering team reviews the returned sample.
