The lower pressure roller forms the fuser nip together with the fixing film, so any runout or bearing wear in this roller shows up immediately as wrinkled sheets, uneven gloss and one-sided fusing. This compatible FK-1152 roller is ground with a controlled crown and fitted with sealed bearings seated to the OEM depth, giving a straight, even nip across the full paper width.
