Replace the worn-out fixing lower roller (pressure roller) on your Canon imageRUNNER copier with a new, high-quality pressure roller and get back to perfect printing. These lower-pressure rollers were manufactured specifically to work in conjunction with the upper heat roller (fusing roller) on Canon IR 5055, 5065, 5075, 5070, 5570, and 6570 series copiers and printers.

As the lower pressure roller works in conjunction with the upper heat roller to apply the correct amount of pressure needed to permanently bond toner to the paper, the wear from heat and friction on the rubber surface results in common fuser problems including: smudged toner prints; incomplete fusing; ghost images; repeat marks on pages; and frequent paper jams. The replacement lower-pressure roller will restore factory-specified pressure distribution and heat resistance.

The fixing lower roller is made from high-temperature silicone rubber with a durable non-stick coating, ensuring that toner will not offset or wrap around the paper. Engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications regarding hardness, dimensional accuracy, and thermal stability, it has an expected service life of over 150,000 pages.
